245 North Arlington features 60 units with wrap-around balconies, access to J Resort amenities

RENO, Nev. (March 6, 2025)— Today, Jacobs Entertainment officials and community leaders gathered for a ceremonial ribbon-cutting to celebrate the grand opening of 245 North Arlington, downtown Reno’s newest apartment building development. Located on the corner of North Arlington and West 2nd Street, the 5-story structure contains 1,855 square feet of retail space, as well as 60 oversized apartment units with 10-foot ceilings and phenomenal downtown views.

“With proximity to the Truckee River and neighboring green space, as well as J Resort’s Reno Neon Line with its art and entertainment features, residents will be able to truly enjoy the live, work, play vibe of a revitalizing downtown Reno,” said Jeff Jacobs, CEO of Jacobs Entertainment and owner of J Resort.

North Arlington was built by Lepori Construction, with amenities including secure, on-site parking, wrap-around balconies, in-unit washer dryers, building access via secure key fob, a dog wash and a community BBQ, workout and recreation area. Additionally, residents of 245 North Arlington will have access to J Resort amenities including the pool and spa, as well as complementary tickets to J Resort’s Glow Plaza concerts.

“We envision 245 North Arlington as the first of several new residential buildings which we intend to develop on West 2nd Street,” added Jacobs. “We look forward to continuing our efforts to build Reno’s preeminent residential neighborhood, as well as J Resort’s Reno Neon Line, Reno’s one and only arts and entertainment themed recreation district.”
